Gold nibs have a little more give than steel, which many writers find makes for a softer, more expressive line.

The 190 unit screws straight into any Piston Sport, Classic or AL, so you can swap nibs in seconds without any tools – handy if you want to try a different width or keep a second nib for a particular ink. Note that the 190 unit is made only for the Piston Sport and does not fit the cartridge-filled Sport models, which use the 060 nib unit. Available in five widths, from extra fine to double broad.

Features

Solid 14 ct (585) gold nib

Threaded 190 unit – swaps in seconds

Fits all Kaweco Piston Sport fountain pens

Five widths: EF, F, M, B or BB

Specifications

Nib material: 14 ct (585) gold

Fitting: Kaweco 190 threaded nib unit

Nib widths: EF, F, M, B, BB

Made in Germany

Compatible with

Kaweco Piston Sport Classic

Kaweco Piston Sport AL (Solo and Starter Set)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0920/5114/5032/files/Kaweco_Goldnib_Nib_190_14ct-Gold_M_Web.jpg?v=1792793011
