Bold Strokes, Effortless Flow

The Architect Nib is my go-to for sketching and everyday writing, thanks to its beautifully bold, juicy lines. It works as the opposite of an Italic nib: you get a broad horizontal stroke and a fine vertical stroke, creating natural, expressive line variation with every mark.

Cut as a BB (double broad), it produces strokes around 1.2 mm horizontally and 0.3 mm on the downstroke. Need extra flexibility? Flip the nib upside down to create ultra-fine hairlines — perfect for detail work or subtle shading.

Made exclusively for our fountain pens, every nib is iridium-tipped for long-lasting smoothness and 14k gold plated for a timeless finish. And because all our nibs are interchangeable, you can switch styles effortlessly whenever inspiration strikes.
