Cranfield Traditional Relief Ink 75ml Tube – Primrose Yellow

Cranfield Traditional Relief Ink is an oil-based block printing ink from Cranfield Colours of South Wales, made for lino, woodcut, wood engraving and other relief surfaces. It rolls out to a smooth, even film with a pleasing tack, transfers crisply to the paper and gives dense, velvety solids whether you print by press or by hand with a baren or spoon.

The palette is broad, from blacks and earths through warm and cool primaries to pinks, violets, greys, metallic gold, silver and copper, plus Transparent Extender and Mixing White for tints and overlays. Boxed 75ml tubes keep the ink fresh and free of skin, and are a convenient size for colour work and reduction prints.

Clean up with vegetable oil followed by a suitable cleaner.
