Jacquard iDye Poly 14g – Magenta

Jacquard iDye Poly is a disperse dye made for synthetic fabrics, which ordinary household dyes will not colour. It is designed for polyester, nylon, acrylic and acetate, making it a valuable tool for costume makers, cosplayers and anyone refreshing or customising synthetic garments.

iDye Poly is used on the stove top, where the dye bath can be kept hot enough for synthetic fibres to take up the colour. Each packet comes with Colour Intensifier, which helps the fibre absorb the dye for deeper shades; a larger bottle of intensifier is available separately. Use a dedicated pot that will not be used for food.

iDye colours come in pre-measured packets that dissolve completely in hot water, so there is no loose powder to measure or spill. Colours can be mixed to create custom shades, and lighter tints are achieved simply by using more fabric or water per packet.
