Jacquard iDye for Natural Fibres 14g – Sun Yellow

Jacquard iDye is a convenient, all-in-one dye for colouring natural fabrics at home or in the studio. This version is formulated for natural fibres, including cotton, linen, rayon, silk and wool, and gives strong, even colour with minimal fuss.

Use it on the stove top or in a top-loading washing machine. Cellulose fibres such as cotton and linen are dyed with added salt, while protein fibres such as silk and wool are dyed with vinegar; follow the packet instructions for weights and timings. For improved washfastness, finish with Jacquard iDye Fixative.

iDye colours come in pre-measured packets that dissolve completely in hot water, so there is no loose powder to measure or spill. Colours can be mixed to create custom shades, and lighter tints are achieved simply by using more fabric or water per packet.
