Jacquard Pearl Ex Pigment Powder 3g – Citrine (630)

Jacquard Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments are finely milled, mica-based pigments that bring a lustrous metallic, pearl or interference sheen to almost any medium. They are non-tarnishing, so golds, silvers and coppers keep their shine, and they are among the most versatile colourants a mixed-media artist can own.

The 3g jar is the classic Pearl Ex size: a little powder goes a long way, so it is ideal for calligraphy, card making, illumination and trying several colours without a big outlay.

Mix Pearl Ex with gum arabic to make shimmering watercolour and calligraphy ink, stir it into acrylic medium, varnish, resin or polymer clay, or brush it dry onto embossed and tacky surfaces. The range includes metallics, interference colours that change with the angle of view, and Duo colours that shift between two hues. Avoid breathing the fine powder.
