Essdee Lino Cutter Set – 10 Blades and Handle

A handle with ten interchangeable cutting blades, supplied in a red box.

Essdee lino cutters are the familiar interchangeable-blade tools found in classrooms across the UK. A single handle takes a choice of cutting blades, so you can switch between fine lines and broad clearing as you carve.

Choose the five-blade set for the essential profiles, the ten-blade set for a wider choice of V and U gouges, or the set with blades 1 to 5, handle and baren, which adds a simple hand-burnishing tool so you can print without a press.

Ideal for lino and softcut blocks. Always cut away from yourself, keep your free hand behind the blade and use a bench hook for stability. Store blades safely in their box between sessions to protect the cutting edges and your fingers.
