Magnani 1404 Italia Cold Pressed Watercolour Pad 300gsm – 15 x 15cm
Out of stock
The Magnani family has been making paper in Pescia, Tuscany, since 1404, and its 1404 watercolour range carries that heritage in its name. Three cotton watercolour papers cover the classic surfaces: Portofino is hot pressed for smooth washes and fine detail, Italia is cold pressed for all-round painting, and Toscana is rough for textured, granulating work.
These 300gsm pads come in a wide choice of formats, including square pads at 15 x 15cm, 20 x 20cm and 30 x 30cm, and long panoramic pads at 12 x 23cm, 15 x 40cm and 20 x 50cm for landscapes, seascapes and botanical studies with a tall or wide composition.
The pads make it easy to keep a series of paintings together and to try all three surfaces side by side.
