White Melamine Palette – 19 x 29cm

Smooth, non-porous palettes that wipe clean and can be used with oils, acrylics, gouache and watercolour. The clear oval Plexiglas palettes are 3mm thick with a thumb hole for holding at the easel; because they are transparent, you can slip a sheet of grey or toned paper underneath to judge your mixtures against the same ground as your painting.

The white melamine palettes offer a hard, bright mixing surface that shows true colour, ideal for watercolour and gouache as well as acrylics.

Clean oils with a palette knife and solvent or oil, and wash acrylics off before they dry for the easiest clean-up. Both materials are rigid and durable, so they will give years of service. Larger sizes allow plenty of space for a full row of colours with room left over for mixing in the centre.
