Omega brushes are made in Italy and cover a wide range of shapes and sizes for fine art, decorative painting, gilding, varnishing and general studio use. Each series is identified by its number, so once you find a brush you like you can easily replace it or add more sizes.
The range spans fine detail brushes in the smallest sizes (000 to 8), mid-sized artist brushes for everyday painting, and wide flats and spalters in sizes up to 180 for laying in large areas, glazes, primers and varnishes.
Clean brushes thoroughly after use with the appropriate solvent or soap and water, reshape the head and allow to dry flat or bristles up. If you are unsure which series to choose, compare sizes and shapes within each series to find the right brush for your work.
