R&F Blending Medium with Drier 8oz

R&F Blending Medium is a colourless oil-and-wax medium made to work alongside R&F Pigment Sticks and conventional oil paint. Supplied in a tub, it gives you the qualities of the colourless Blending Stick in a form you can scoop and spread with a knife or brush.

Use it to soften and blend Pigment Stick marks, to make colours more transparent for glazing, or to extend paint across a larger area without losing body. It is also useful for oiling out a surface before working, helping fresh strokes glide and merge.

Two versions are available. The standard Blending Medium dries at a natural pace, while Blending Medium with Drier contains a drying agent to speed up the time each layer takes to set, handy when you are building up several layers. Both come in three tub sizes to suit occasional use or busy studio practice.
