Stonehenge from Legion Paper is one of the most popular cotton papers among artists, valued for its versatility. Made in the USA from 100% cotton and acid free, it has a smooth, soft surface that takes graphite, coloured pencil, pastel, charcoal and ink beautifully, and it is also a highly regarded printmaking paper for etching, relief and screen printing.
These 250gsm sheets measure 22 x 30in and come in a range of colours: White, Warm White, Polar White, Cream, Natural, Fawn, Pearl Grey, Steel Grey, Kraft and Black. The tinted sheets make attractive grounds for drawing with highlights, and the black sheet is a dramatic support for light-on-dark work.
A Stonehenge sample book is also available, so you can compare the colours before buying full sheets.
