Sennelier Giant Oil Pastel 80ml – Black 023

Sennelier giant oil pastels are big 80ml sticks in the two colours artists use most, White and Black. They share the soft, creamy texture and strong pigmentation of Sennelier's oil pastels, the range originally developed for Pablo Picasso in 1949, in a size made for working broadly.

Use them to cover large areas, prepare toned grounds, work on big sheets or canvases, or simply keep a generous supply of white for highlights and mixing on the surface. They blend seamlessly with standard and large Sennelier oil pastels of the same colour number.

As with all oil pastels, finished work remains slightly soft, so protect it with D'Artigny fixative or framing behind glass. Wipe the end of the stick on a rag between colours to keep your whites clean.
