Sennelier's Urban concertina sketchbooks are made for drawing and painting on the move. The pages fold out in a continuous concertina, so a single sketch can stretch across several panels to capture a street, skyline or coastline, or you can work page by page and open the whole book out as a visual diary.
Most versions contain 300gsm, 100% cotton watercolour paper in cold pressed or rough surfaces, robust enough for washes, ink and mixed media. The black linen version is a 340gsm multimedia sketchbook for those who move freely between wet and dry media. Each book is bound in a coloured linen cover, in green, mustard or black.
Compact sizes slip easily into a bag or pocket, while the 20 x 20cm square and 16 x 24cm formats give more room for detailed work.
