Speedball has supplied artists, schools and printmakers from its home in Statesville, North Carolina for more than a century, and is one of the best-known names in relief printing, screen printing and lettering. Its printmaking paper pads are made to partner its block printing inks and carving blocks.

The paper is chosen to take relief prints well, picking up ink cleanly from lino, carving blocks and gel plates whether you print by hand with a baren or spoon or on a small press. Having sheets bound in a pad keeps them flat and clean until you need them, and makes it easy to try out proofs before printing a final edition.

Choose 5 x 7in for cards and small blocks, 8.5 x 11in for everyday printing, or 11 x 14in for larger designs.
